Early Registration Deadline: 25 October 2025

At least one author per accepted paper or PhD Symposium presentation must register by the early registration deadline (paying the Author fee for accepted iFM papers). Other co-authors may register early or late (and can pay the Non-Author fee for iFM). Once at least one author is registered, any of the authors — regardless of registration type — can give the presentation.

The FMAS workshop runs as a hybrid event. Participants (excluding presenters of accepted papers) who are unable to attend the workshop in person can participate remotely by registering here before 10 November:

Registration Fees

The remote FMAS registration is free of charge.

The early and late registration fees include lunches and tea/coffee breaks during the registered event. Additionally, the early and late registration fees for the main conference include a gala dinner on Thursday, 20 November.
